The methods developed here (PTA, paired genome-and-transcriptome, single-microbe genomics) are used by labs worldwide and have been commercialized through BioSkryb Genomics. Your work has a path from bench to product to patient.

Questions from the clinic

The PI is a practicing pediatric oncologist. Projects start with a real patient problem and have access to clinical samples through Stanford Children's Health and collaborators at St. Jude.
